Our current need for long-term co-workers is:


General Manager

Beannachar has been successfully providing outstanding support and guidance to young people across Aberdeen, giving them the skills to lead as independent a life as possible. The charity is now looking to add a new member to the team to maintain the excellent reputation of Beannachar and grow this thriving training centre for young adults

The General Manager is responsible for the safe and effective management of Beannachar. You will have excellent people management skills and a strong understanding of care provision. You will be confident managing budgets and making decisions. You will be supportive of the ethos underpinning Beannachar and Camphill Scotland’s wider Camphill community.

If you believe passionately in providing high quality social care and have the enthusiasm and ambition to ensure that Beannachar continues to grow from strength to strength then this is the role for you! House Coordinator (Mar 17)

Main Purpose of Job:  to be the main person responsible for managing a House Community at Beannachar.  This involves direct and one-to-one involvement with students in the house, overseeing the work of all Co-workers, and working with parents and authorities.

Senior Support Worker (Jan 17)

We currently have an opening for a full time Senior Support Worker (flexible hours). This is a varied role working as part of an enthusiastic, dedicated team. SVQ 2 an advantage however training can be provided. Competitive salary offered.
