The General Manager is responsible for the safe and effective management of Beannachar. You will have excellent people management skills and a strong understanding of care provision. You will be confident managing budgets and making decisions. You will be supportive of the ethos underpinning Beannachar and Camphill Scotland’s wider Camphill community.

Main Purpose of Job: to be the main person responsible for managing a House Community at Beannachar. This involves direct and one-to-one involvement with students in the house, overseeing the work of all Co-workers, and working with parents and authorities.
We currently have an opening for a full time Senior Support Worker (flexible hours). This is a varied role working as part of an enthusiastic, dedicated team. SVQ 2 an advantage however training can be provided. Competitive salary offered.
